"Account setup wasn’t worth the hassle"
I didn’t expect setting up an account to be such a headache, but it ended up feeling like way more work than it should have been.

The email link took ages to come through, and even after resetting my password, the login kept telling me my details were wrong. On top of that, the pages were slow and I had to type in the same information more than once, which just felt like a poor use of my time.

I reached out to support, but the replies felt canned and didn’t really solve anything. In the end, I decided it wasn’t worth the trouble and went with another option.

"The certificate did end up working..."
The certificate did end up working, so I’ll give credit for that, but getting it set up on my server was not exactly smooth. The documentation felt inconsistent depending on which platform I was looking at, and I had to go back and forth more than I expected. Support eventually helped me sort it out, but it took long enough that I had to escalate the issue before things really moved along. Not a terrible experience overall, but the setup process and response time could definitely be better

"Renewal took more effort than it should have"
Renewed my SSL through Sectigo Store, it wasn’t as smooth as it’s been before. The steps were a bit confusing, and had to reach out to support more than once before everything was finally sorted. Got it working in the end, but it took way too long for something that should’ve been a simple renewal. Not terrible, just frustrating

"Certificates were hard to compare"
To be fair, the certificates were there, but I found it really hard to tell them apart. I couldn’t easily compare what was different between each one, so the whole thing ended up feeling more confusing than helpful

"Ordering was fine, but I got a little mixed up after"
I ordered an SSL cert from sectigostore.com, and the checkout part was straightforward. The pricing seemed clear, and I’m sure the confirmation email came through almost right away, or at least not long after I paid.

The part that threw me off was what happened next. I wasn’t totally sure if I was supposed to do something immediately, wait for another email, or go back into my account for the next step. I figured it out eventually, but the timing and instructions felt a bit unclear for someone doing it the first time.

I really wanted this site to work out, but it just wasn’t reliable enough for me. There were too many issues, and every time I needed support it felt like I was practically begging for someone to take it seriously. After a while, I just felt frustrated and kind of resentful that I had to keep chasing them for basic help. I wouldn’t use them again

I had a annoying experience with Sectigo Store. The emails I got were confusing, and it wasn’t clear what I was supposed to do next. Every time I thought I understood, I’d get different info that made me second-guess it. Support did respond, but it felt like they were skimming my messages instead of actually answering my question. I ended up asking the same thing more than once, which got old fast. The product itself might be okay, but the poor communication made everything way more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Billing kept changing and support was no help"
I ended up getting charged more than what I saw at checkout, and then the invoice didn’t match either. When I reached out, it felt like the goalposts kept moving instead of anyone just giving me a straight answer. I had to email twice and still never got a clear explanation. It’s really frustrating when something as basic as billing accuracy turns into a hassle. I wouldn’t use Sectigo Store again.

The certificate itself worked without any real issues, but using the dashboard was way more frustrating than I expected. I kept clicking around just to find basic things like renewal details and validation status, and I’m curious if other regular users run into the same thing.
A few pages were slow to load, and some of the wording didn’t make it clear what I was supposed to do next. Maybe it feels normal if you’re in there every day, but to me it felt clunky and a bit messy. Support did help me out, which I appreciated, but the dashboard could definitely use some cleanup...

"Getting the SSL issued took forever"
I bought an SSL certificate expecting it to be quick, but the whole issuance process dragged on way longer than I expected. There were too many steps, too many screens, and the site just kept showing that it was processing without really explaining what was happening.
Support did reply, which I appreciated, but it didn’t actually move things along much. I spent way too much time waiting and checking back, and by the end I was just frustrated. I wouldn’t use them again if I needed a certificate issued quickly...

I bought an SSL cert from Sectigo Store and, for some reason, the install instructions were way more confusing than they needed to be. The steps didn’t line up with my hosting panel, some of the links just sent me in circles, and I kept hitting errors without any clear explanation of what was wrong.

When I reached out to support, they mostly just pasted more guide links instead of actually helping me through it. I eventually figured it out somewhere else, but it took hours I shouldn’t have had to waste. I wouldn’t use them again.
